Meaning of Term : A photographed anomaly that many believe represents the “spirit” of a deceased person. It will appear as a ball of light on the film (or digital image) though is some cases; they are not seen at the time of the photo. Skeptics will attribute these to dust, snow, rain, insects, reflection, lens flare, etc and orbs remain a highly controversial subject.
